Bo Zhi Yang designed this special book packaging in order to help depict the effects and causes of stress on the body.

“Using the combination of Chinese spells and sore patches as our main scheme, we describe ten psychological stresses as viruses that make people zombies. Using a visual combination of intense colors and the heart, symbolizing stresses are born from the heart, we hope people can get a clear vision of where the stress is coming from and meanwhile relieving it. Therefore, we imagine that stress is like a zombie virus, making the infected person feel stiff and ache all over. We developed our book packaging by using the pronunciation of the Taiwanese of our subject name ‘Book.’ The book was packaged using Chinese binding design, users can relieve their stress by having interaction while browsing the book. The second package uses a zombie cap as a model, and a removable patch to help relieve the stress.”
