Muscat of Limnos is Monogrammed and Classy as Hell

Muscat of Limnos’ crisp design will make opening a bottle feel like an extra special occasion. Luminous Design Group designed a monogram from initials of the Greek words the wine is named after, and it instantly draws the eye to it. The look is understated and simple with some fun details, like a robin’s egg blue top to the foil of the bottle.
“Wine label design for ‘Muscat of Limnos.’ For years, this white variety has grown extensively on the island, giving wines of Protected Designation of Origin. Wanting to emphasise this origins, we designed a monogram from the initials of the greek words Moschato and Lemnos, the two letters that also constitute the code for the determination of the PDO of the product. Following the same monogram form comes the label wrapping around the bottle.”
