A quaint corner cafe with wicker chairs for outdoor seating, a light breeze blowing as fashionable men and women walk by on the cobblestone, and a freshly made baguette and a hot cup of coffee—there’s just something utterly perfect about Paris. Análogo has designed the branding and packaging for Maison La Crème, a Parisian inspired coffee shop and boulangerie in Mexico.

“Maison La Cremè it’s a boutique coffee shop and boulangerie located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México in the beautiful Providencia zone. Inspired by their travels to Paris, the sisters Luisa Maria and Maria Jose returned to Guadalajara with the influence of romantic and exotic french coffee shops. We developed the main identity with only one font family: Tautz. This gave the whole project a unique and distinctive character. Also we designed a monogram that combines the initials of Maison La Crème and the names of the two founding sisters. The color palette consisting only of black, white and gold, enhance the sense of austerity and elegance along with the good taste of their gastronomical offer.”

Maison La Crème is a sophisticated choice for those who want finely made coffee and pastries. Gold shines against the black and white patterns and elevates the brand, while the serif font helps to transport consumers to the streets of Paris. The design is elegant without begging for attention, getting noticed with precise angles, elegant borders, and a calm approach.
