We’ll take one of everything from the Old Dominion Peanut Company! Their line of mouthwatering treats includes cashew brittle, toffee peanuts, sugar pecans, and so much more. Ellen Bruss Design (EBD) designed the packaging for Old Dominion Peanut Company to capture a bit of old-timey charm while still appealing to a contemporary audience.
“Old Dominion Peanut Company, a hundred-year-old company, approached EBD to refresh their look. Previously, they had a gold, cream, and red brand and they wanted something more contemporary that still reflected their history. We developed a new logo, color palette, and used unique patterns to identify the product flavor and category.”
Images of the products on the front of the packaging make each treat absolutely irresistible. A dreamy color palette keeps the look fanciful and fun, ideal for a sweets company like Old Dominion Peanut Company. The brand name rests at the top of the packs in a more traditional font, emphasizing the company’s history.
