The package design for Mochiice incorporates the varying colors of the mochi and has a slight Japanese paper influence. The wavy blocks of color look like landscapes of distant mountains against the sky, however colors like pink and eggplant are used, giving it a revitalized, more modern appearance. The packaging is practical, utilizing chopsticks as a handle and allowing the consumer to buy multiple packs of 4 to stack and carry.
Individual Mochiice balls can be purchased as well, and a small, open container makes holding it less messy. Whether buyers want just one mochi or many, the goal to put these in coffeehouses is ideal. They can be enjoyed on the go or taken home to share with other, and either option is easy. Having a simple design with a variety of colors allows it to blend into the atmosphere but still look distinguishable among other products.
