Not all flours are the same. Like a sandwich is not a biscuit and a pizza is not a cake, different flours serve different purposes. This is the unique selling point of the flours produced by Garofalo, one of Italy’s main producer of premium pasta.

Now entering the flour market, Garofalo worked with Angelini Design for the packaging and identity of its range of premium flours. Being a black pack among the pastel tones of other flour packs is definitely striking and the black well communicates the excellence of this new line. The choice of colour is driven by the need of linking this product to the pasta lines produced by Garofalo, a continuity also present in the handwritten style of the font - a characteristic of Garofalo's communication.

Angelini designed four packages, each in a different font color and characterised by a different “W” which indicates the strength of the flour and proving time. A flour without additives, that doesn’t hide anything and that is presented in a elegant a sleek package. Bravo!
