Student Concept Packaging: Nue Galley

"The student brief was to create a brand for a concept jewellery company, Nue Galley, and to then use this as inspiration for packaging to suit a range of jewellery. I decided that I wanted the brand to express exclusivity and high quality within its industry, so it had to be modern, sleek and elegant.The original brand concept came from the idea of light refracting off of a diamond, which also gave the package its shape and unique opening mechanism. This idea of light changing direction was also a great metaphor for the packages’ subject, an engagement ring, as the intention to marry is often a new direction or chapter in one’s life."
